Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are delighted with your Diptyque purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer complimentary returns on all orders within 30 days of receipt, provided items are unopened and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Parcel

  Place the unused items in their original boutique packaging and include the completed return form found inside your delivery box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of receipt.
